Sales Development Coordinator

InJoy Health Education – Longmont, CO

Position Type: Full-Time
Division: Sales
Reports To: CEO/VP of Marketing/Sales
Job Location: Corporate Office in Longmont, Colorado (not a remote position)
Compensation: $32,000 + Incentives

This unique, full-time opportunity is a great launching pad for a career in sales or marketing. This position includes outbound and handling in-bound sales call. The ideal candidate enjoys cold calling, creating email and marketing campaigns, and persistent follow-up. Sales Development Coordinators receive a base salary plus bonuses.

Specific Responsibilities and Outcomes include:
KPI = Key Performance Indicator
Cold calls and follow up
•  KPI: High volume of  unique calls per day within 30 days of hire
•  KPI: High amount of conversations per month within 60 days of hire
•  KPI: Generate several opportunities per month within 60 days of hire
Schedule product demos
•  KPI: Schedule several demos/month within 60 days of hire
Lead Nurturing Pipeline
•  KPI: Adding follow-up leads, per week, to pipeline within 60 days of hire
Enter all account, contact, opportunity and activity records in NetSuite on a daily basis
•  KPI: 100% accuracy upon hire

Find the right contacts and update existing outdated information 
Execute marketing and sales campaigns tied to product promotions and awareness
Deliver InJoy value propositions with a consultative sales approach
Perform other duties as related to this role

Upsell and grow relationships with existing clients

Job Qualifications:

• Associate degree, certificate or equivalent experience and education in marketing, business, communications, or sales
• Demonstrated history of success
• Must-win attitude and relentless work ethic

• Strong computer skills and database data entry
• Creative personality and problem solving skills
• Relationship development skills with a proven track record
• Strong attention to detail paired with a service oriented mentality
• Willingness to succeed in a high performing culture
• Ability to encourage and adapt to change quickly
• Experience in pregnancy, childbirth, or parenting education is a plus
